Brief introduction: As the demand for eco-friendly urban sanitation solutions grows, manufacturers like Zoomlion have been at the forefront of designing advanced environmental protection vehicles. In 2012, to validate the performance and reliability of a newly developed garbage compression device, Zoomlion partnered with Dynatronic to carry out a comprehensive structural performance test under real working conditions.
For this project, Zoomlion deployed a 96-channel SE-944 data acquisition system to measure and analyze the dynamic stress responses of the compression device during operation. By capturing data across multiple channels simultaneously, the system provided a precise picture of how the structure behaved under various working scenarios, including different loading and compaction conditions.
The test successfully delivered accurate and reliable stress data across all operating modes. These results not only confirmed consistency with theoretical design calculations but also revealed valuable insights for future performance optimization. This allowed Zoomlion’s engineering team to enhance the structural integrity and efficiency of its eco-friendly vehicle designs, ensuring long-term durability and safer operation.
Beyond this project, Dynatronic’s solutions have also been trusted in critical industries requiring extreme condition testing. For example, the China Radiation Protection Research Institute utilized Dynatronic’s DE-916, DH3840, and DE5862 systems to evaluate the stress behavior of nuclear fuel transportation storage tanks. These tests were conducted under some of the harshest simulated environments, including high and low temperatures, drops, impacts, explosions, and combustion scenarios.
