Dynamic Stress-strain Testing and Analysis System - SE-98

The SE-98 Dynamic Stress-strain Test and Analysis System, with the use of 19-inch standard chassis structure, is specially designed for the strength and life evaluation test of large structures. Expanded via a Gigabit Ethernet switch, the dynamic strain-stress signals over 2000 channels can be measured and analyzed in parallel and synchronously by a single computer. SE-98 is widely used for the structures performance testing and analysis of various industries such as aerospace, automotive industry, mechanical engineering, rail transit, etc.

  • Specially designed for the testing of stress and strain, and the physical quantities of force, pressure, displacement, velocity, acceleration can be accurately tested by cooperating with various bridge sensors, and the signal of voltage can also be accurately measured.

  • Suitable for cabinet installation and can be used to build a centralized test system to support the online synchronous loading of various load testing machines for the fatigue test of large structures

  • The maximum sampling rate is 5kHz/channel for simultaneous sampling of all channels

  • Built-in standard resistance, software-settable of full-bridge, half-bridge and three-wire quarter bridge

  • The function of intelligent wire identification is supported to facilitate the editing and setting of measurement point information in large system

  • Support synchronous automatic measurement and correction of wire resistance of all channels

  • The self-checking function of in-situ channels of strain-stress is supported to obtain the current state of the channel quickly

  • The multi-channel signal can be recorded for a long time, in real time and without interruption by using computer's hard disk with large capacity
