Strain Gauge Series
The Strain Gauge Series offers a comprehensive range of high-quality foil strain gauges designed for stress analysis and precision transducer applications. Using Constantan or Karma foil and various advanced backing materials, these strain gauges provide reliable temperature compensation, creep control, and long-term stability across different environmental and accuracy requirements. DTBE Series
The DTBE Series strain gauges are fabricated with a phenolic-acetal substrate and Constantan foil in a hermetically sealed structure. They feature temperature self-compensation, excellent flexibility, and easy bonding, delivering stable performance for general-precision sensors up to Class 0.05 and stress analysis applications.
DTBF Series
The DTBF Series consists of fully encapsulated Constantan foil strain gauges with modified phenolic backing. They provide simultaneous temperature (or elastic modulus) and creep compensation, offering high accuracy and excellent stability at room temperature. These strain gauges are especially suitable for Class 3 accuracy transducers and are easy to use, with resistance options ranging from 60 to 1000 Ω.
DTBQ Series
The DTBQ Series uses a paper-impregnated adhesive substrate with Constantan foil, resulting in a thin and highly flexible structure. Easy to bond and apply, it is a widely used sensing element for general stress analysis, particularly well suited for concrete structures and civil engineering applications.
DTZF Series
The DTZF Series features fully encapsulated Karma foil strain gauges with modified phenolic backing. Offering both temperature (or elastic modulus) and creep compensation, it delivers high accuracy and excellent stability over a wide temperature range. This series is especially suitable for Class 0.02 high-precision transducers and DC/AC electronic weighing instruments.
DTBA Series
The DTBA Series consists of fully encapsulated Constantan foil strain gauges with polyimide backing and self-temperature compensation. With high elongation capability and excellent heat resistance, they perform reliably over a wide temperature range and are suitable for stress analysis and normal-accuracy transducers operating up to 150 °C.
DTBAM Series
The DTBAM Series uses Constantan foil with a thin polyimide film backing and provides both temperature and creep compensation. It offers high elongation, excellent heat resistance, low moisture absorption, and outstanding creep and zero-return performance, making it ideal for high-accuracy transducers at Class 3 or better.
DTBHB Series
The DTBHB Series features fully encapsulated Constantan foil strain gauges with glass fiber–reinforced epoxy backing. It provides temperature and creep compensation, high accuracy, excellent stability over a wide temperature range, and strong moisture resistance. This series is well suited for high-accuracy transducers at Class 3 or better.
DTZAM Series
The DTZAM Series consists of fully encapsulated Karma foil strain gauges with thin polyimide film backing. It offers temperature and creep compensation, high accuracy, excellent environmental stability, and low moisture absorption. These characteristics make it suitable for high-accuracy transducers at Class 3 or better.
DTBB (BAB) 250 °C Series
The DTBB (BAB) 250 °C Series uses Karma foil strain gauges with glass fiber–reinforced polyimide backing. Designed for high-temperature applications, it provides excellent heat resistance, strong insulation performance, and high stability, supporting precision stress analysis and accurate transducers at temperatures up to 250 °C.
DTBYM Series
The DTBYM Series features fully encapsulated Constantan foil strain gauges with glass fiber–reinforced epoxy backing. Offering temperature and creep compensation, high accuracy, excellent stability, and strong moisture resistance, it is suitable for high-accuracy transducers at Class 3 or better.
DTZYM Series
The DTZYM Series uses fully encapsulated Karma foil strain gauges with a special thin polyimide film backing. It provides temperature and creep compensation, high accuracy, excellent environmental stability, and low moisture absorption. Its ability to achieve high resistance in small sizes makes it ideal for low-power devices and high-accuracy transducers at Class 3 or better.
DTBKM Series
The DTBKM Series consists of fully encapsulated Constantan foil strain gauges with a special PEEK film backing. It offers temperature and creep compensation, high accuracy, excellent stability, and strong moisture resistance. The tough PEEK backing enhances durability, making this series suitable for high-accuracy transducers at Class 3 or better.
DTBEB Series
The DTBEB Series uses fully encapsulated Constantan foil strain gauges with glass fiber–reinforced epoxy backing and elastic modulus compensation. It delivers excellent creep and zero-return performance, fast response to applied loads, and high thermal stability. This series is ideal for high-precision transducers and high-precision aluminum weighing scales.
