Rugged Data Acquisition System - RE-846U

The RE-846U Rugged Data Acquisition System, built-in industrial-grade control computer and electronic hard disk, especially designed for data acquisition in various harsh environments such as on-vehicle, airborne, and shipboard, used to complete testing and long-term monitoring work in extreme environments such as strong vibration, high temperature, high humidity, etc.. RE-846U can be connected to a computer via a wired network (LAN) or wireless network (WiFi) to collect, transmit, store, display and analyze data in real time, and can also work stand-alone to gather and store data in real time. After connecting to the computer, the data can be exported for analysis and processing. RE-846U is suitable for many occasions such as infrastructure, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, railway transit, scientific research and so on.

  • With the function of synchronous recording and playback of voice, realize the synchronous playback of voice information and data, so as to avoid the error caused by the inconsistency between test data and test conditions

  • GPS module can be optional to realize the function of synchronous sampling among multiple instruments, travel speed measurement, time calibration, latitude and longitude positioning

  • Software-settable of full-bridge, half-bridge, and three-wire quarter bridge, easy to use

  • Built-in 24V/4mA biasing circuit, low-pass filter and anti-aliasing filter,and support IEPE sensors

  • Support intelligent wire identification, TEDS sensors access and bridge self-check function

  • The sampling control and analysis software, which runs on Windows XP/7/8/8.1/10 OS, has word document activity reporting function and multiple view display modes such as recorder, x-y recorder, color waterfall chart, color cloud chart, instrument panel, bar chart, digital table, audio and video, 3D model chart, etc.

Balance and sampling operations
Synchronous / Line-controlled / External trigger, can be connected to a line controller or external trigger input cable.
When multiple units are connected and the clock boxes are synchronized, connect to the synchronous communication interface and use the dedicated network cable of RE-846U.
GPS antenna interface (optional), built-in GPS module.
When installing, simply tighten the GPS antenna connector clockwise. At this time, GPS can be used for wireless synchronous acquisition between multiple instruments.
