Brief introduction：Armored vehicles and high-performance sports cars are designed to operate under extreme conditions, where reliability and performance are critical. However, after years of service, even the most durable machines experience wear and tear. Identifying faults in key systems such as the engine and gearbox becomes increasingly important to ensure safe, efficient, and continued operation. Traditional inspection methods often fall short because many of these issues cannot be judged accurately through direct measurement.

To address this challenge, Dynatronic implemented a data acquisition system designed to evaluate the performance of armored and sports vehicles under various working conditions. The system was used to monitor vibration behavior in the engine and gearbox, two of the most crucial components of the power system. By capturing real-time vibration data, engineers could assess how these components responded to different loads, speeds, and operational environments.

The testing process provided highly detailed insights into the vehicle’s structural and mechanical health.
