Brief introduction: Reservoir gates are vital to the safety and efficiency of hydraulic engineering projects. As part of a key research initiative, Dynatronic supported the Guizhou Qianzhong Reservoir project by providing advanced testing equipment for a full-scale experimental analysis of the reservoir’s arc working gate (radial gate).
The primary objective of the test was to collect detailed time-averaged pressure and pulsating pressure data under various operational scenarios. Using Dynatronic’s high-precision data acquisition systems (DAQ), engineers were able to accurately monitor how the gate responds to dynamic hydraulic forces during different levels of opening and closing.
